Therapeutic Support Referral

For use by guardians of youth who are in need of life skill development. The primary funding for this is through Colorado Medicaid, though we have other (limited) funding available for select clientele. Your child already being engaged in therapy will put them more towards the top of the waitlist, as we want to prioritize youth who are already trying to help themselves and want to find a program that fits their needs. The primary function of this facet of the program is for group activities surrounding client needs, though we may accept youth for our one-on-one program depending on the situation. Please do not call ahead to try to move your youth up on the waitlist, as we are already busy throughout the week with our mentorship program. We will reach out to you via email upon receipt of your referral, and will reach out again when we have space to get your youth in.
